Diego Ramírez (left) is the Director of CIMARQ, Marine Quintay Research Center, which researches and promotes the conservation of Marine resources. CIMARQ works together with a local fisherman’s collective, including Rene Barrios Concha (center) and Eladio Barrios Concha (right), to share sustainable fishing practices and support their community.
